Ergo Days.

One of our most cost-effective services, ergo days are designed to be fun, informative and interactive. We allow time for hands on demonstrations and practice.

Developed as a way to share ergonomics information, our ergo days provide your employees with all the information they need to begin working more comfortably and efficiently.

We spend the first hour going over the main topics of ergonomic correctness, like how to use office tools effectively and efficiently — while practicingproper techniques.

The second part of our ergo day involves mini evaluations at individual workstations to help employees make adjustments designed to help them begin working more comfortably and efficiently right away.

We also offer follow up evaluations to make sure employees understand the importance of their continued active participation in working comfortably and efficiently.
